EKLEKTIKK

Cultural organisation

This association is a professional booster aimed at addressing professional issues with quick solutions for returning to employment by directly connecting members with their future employer, accelerating career progression, a change of activity, or professional retraining. It conducts skills assessments and provides practical and innovative training. It supports entrepreneurs and business leaders by quickly finding them clients through innovative and context-appropriate operational marketing. Eklektikk stands out by engaging its own network of managers, with the primary goal of ensuring a good match between the employee and the employer or the entrepreneur and the client to ensure the sustainability of the missions. Special attention is given to women and the securing of their professional lives. Everyone has their rightful place in line with their skills and desires. Eklektikk supports its members for life, which makes it unique. We improve people's comfort by any possible means, selecting our speakers according to an altruistic, positive, transparent, and serious ethics. We use the arts such as singing and music, dance, painting, and cinema whenever possible to bring people together. We organize concerts, animations, and modern events to create good vibes. The goal of these actions is to make as many people in the audience sing, dance, or vibrate and not just focus on themselves while exercising their artistic activity. These are unifying events to involve experienced professionals in supervision, active children, and seniors who ensure the quality of the intergenerational show. Intergenerational solidarity, laughter, respect, trust, and honesty are our core values (concretized at certain convivial moments by a musical show) for all our eclectic projects, allowing the development of people, work for all, and economic regrowth following the COVID-19 crisis.
