The project

Les Fourmilières is a solidarity and anti-fascist festival. We are part of the collectives, associations, bookshops, breweries, unions, cultural venues, theatre troupes, sports associations, third places, and cinemas. There are currently around sixty collectives spread from the Larzac to the Cévennes and as far as the coast, across Aveyron, Gard, and Hérault.

A solidarity and anti-fascist festival, how lovely! But for a successful festival, we need your help.

What will the money be used for?

This money will go towards funding the events that will take place in Lodève, between 26 September 2026 and 11 October 2026.

The more donations we receive, the more events we can organise during the fortnight, the more speakers and artists we can bring in by covering their travel expenses, and ultimately, the more people we can welcome.

Who manages this fundraiser?

Les Fourmilières is the story of several dozen collectives working together in a horizontal manner to amplify anti-fascist and solidarity struggles in Hérault, Gard, and Aveyron.

This fundraiser is more specifically focused on the activities of the fortnight that will take place in the Lodévois. Your donations in support of the festival will be addressed to the association CinéVoies, a cinema club in Lodève.

What happens if the target isn't reached?

We'll have less budget to bring in lots of great speakers. However, there's no minimum amount we need to reach for the donations to be processed, so we'll already be very grateful for your support and will use it wisely.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

No, this donation in support of the festival is not addressed to an association authorised to issue a valid tax receipt. Your donation is not tax-deductible.

Arts & Culture

Les Fourmilières is a solidarity and anti-fascist festival. The "Les Fourmilières du Lodévois" collective is part of the collectives, associations, bookshops, breweries, unions, cultural venues, theatre troupes, sports associations, third places, and cinemas.

This fundraising campaign is organised by the CinéVoies association, which is partnering with this event.

The association aims to promote cinema in all its diversity, whether heritage films or recent releases, French or foreign, notable for their artistic, intellectual, and human qualities; to this end, it will organise presentations and debates around the films it has programmed, possibly in the presence of directors, actors, or other representatives of the film industry
