No subscription and no Donoor commission. Only Stripe's fees apply, and your donors can choose to cover them.
Fundraisers, QR codes, Bancontact, ticketing, memberships and 281.71 tax certificates: everything is free for your non-profit association (ASBL / vzw), and donations go straight to its account.

Since October 2026, Belgian ASBL, AISBL, foundations and vzw have been using Donoor just like French associations: no subscription and no commission. For a donation to an approved institution, the donor gets a tax reduction of 30%, from €40 a year.

One certificate per donor per year, showing the total of their donations from €40. Donoor prepares it together with the Belcotax file your ASBL submits before 28 February.

Donations arrive in your association's Stripe account, then in its bank account. Donoor never holds the funds.
Fundraisers, payment links, ticketing, memberships with a member card, shop and monthly donations, on the web and in the app.
If your ASBL is an institution approved by FPS Finance, switch the service on: Donoor gathers each donor's donations for the year and prepares everything for submission.

Yes. Since October 2026, ASBL, AISBL, foundations and vzw established in Belgium can create their account, collect donations with Bancontact and issue 281.71 tax certificates. The site and the app are available in French, Dutch, German and English.
Nothing: €0 subscription and 0% Donoor commission. Only Stripe's fees apply, for example €0.35 for a Bancontact payment, and your donors can choose to cover them. For comparison, public prices noted in November 2026: Koalect from €720 a year plus 0.5 to 3% per transaction, Steunactie 5% excluding VAT plus €0.50 per donation.
30% of the amount given, for donations made since 1 January 2025 (45% before). You must give at least €40 a year to the same institution, and it must be approved by FPS Finance. The reduction is capped at 10% of the donor's net income.
The approved institution issues it: a single certificate per donor per year, showing the total of their donations. It must be sent to FPS Finance via Belcotax-on-web by 28 February of the following year at the latest. With Donoor, the certificates and the Belcotax file are prepared automatically: your ASBL only has to submit the file.
Yes, the law requires it on the 281.71 certificate (for a donor company: its enterprise number). Donoor asks the donor for it right after their donation, on the thank-you page or by e-mail, and stores it encrypted.
Yes, if the money reaches the approved institution's account and the institution itself issues the certificate (circular 2019/C/83 of the tax administration). That is how Donoor works: donations go straight to your ASBL's Stripe account, never to Donoor's.
No. Worship is not among the categories of institutions that can be approved for the 281.71 certificate. A place of worship can, however, collect its donations with Donoor: QR codes, fundraisers, Bancontact and Tap to Pay.
No. In Belgium, only a donation with nothing in return qualifies for the tax reduction. Donoor therefore automatically leaves tickets, membership fees and purchases off the certificate; only a donation added to an order appears on it.
PayPal is not yet available to Belgian associations. They collect with Stripe: Bancontact, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
