0% commission
No Donoor subscription or commission. Only Stripe's fees apply, and your donors can choose to cover them.
Fundraisers, QR codes, Tap to Pay, ticketing, memberships and automatic donation certificates: everything is free for your association, and donations go straight to its account.

Associations and foundations based in Spain (sports clubs, cultural, social or parents' associations, religious entities) use Donoor with no subscription and no commission. A donation to an entity under the Ley 49/2002 regime (public-utility association, foundation) or to a religious entity of a faith that has an agreement with the State gives a tax reduction of 80% on the first 250 euros, then 40%.
Donation certificate
As a PDF if your entity's donors can claim the deduction, and Form 182 in January.

Payment methods
SEPA Direct Debit costs €0.35 per donation at Stripe, and nothing more at Donoor.

Registers of associations
In the regional registers and the RER. Otherwise, the Donoor team checks your NIF.

Tap to Pay and QR codes
Contactless cards and donation QR codes for your dinners, celebrations and collections.

No Donoor subscription or commission. Only Stripe's fees apply, and your donors can choose to cover them.
Donations arrive in your association's Stripe account, then in its bank account. Donoor never holds the funds.
Fundraisers, payment links, ticketing, memberships with a member card, a shop and monthly donations, on the web and in the app.
If your entity's donors can claim the deduction, switch on the service: Donoor issues the certificate for each donation in your name and sends it to the donor.

Yes. Associations and foundations based in Spain (sports clubs, cultural, social or parents' associations, religious entities) create their account, accept donations by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA Direct Debit, and send donation certificates when they are entitled to. The website, the app and the certificates are available in Spanish.
Nothing: no subscription and 0% Donoor commission. Only Stripe's fees apply, for example €0.35 for a donation by SEPA Direct Debit, and your donors can choose to cover them.
Yes, if it goes to an entity covered by Ley 49/2002: a public-utility association or a foundation that has opted for this regime, or a religious entity of a faith that has an agreement with the State (the Catholic Church, Evangelical, Jewish and Muslim communities). The donor gets a tax reduction of 80% on the first 250 euros given in the year, then 40% above that (45% if they have given to the same entity for three years without lowering the amount). A €100 donation can therefore cost them only €20. The Basque Country and Navarre have their own rules.
The NIF and identity of the donor and of the association, the statement that the association is a beneficiary of patronage (article 16 of Ley 49/2002), the date and amount of each donation, what it is used for and the fact that it is irrevocable. Donoor sends this certificate as a PDF, in Spanish, in the association's name.
It is the annual return of donations that the association files with the Agencia Tributaria in January: it lists each donor with their NIF and the total of their donations. Thanks to it, the donation appears in the donor's pre-filled income tax return. Donoor prepares the file in the official format; the association files it itself.
Yes, if it is an entity registered in the Register of Religious Entities (RER) and linked to a faith that has an agreement with the State: the Catholic Church, or as a member of the Federation of Evangelical Religious Entities (FEREDE), the Federation of Jewish Communities (FCJE) or the Comisión Islámica de España. A Catholic diocese or parish, which is not in the register, also qualifies with a certificate from its bishopric. A cultural association linked to a place of worship only gives a right to deduction if it has been declared of public utility and has opted for the Ley 49/2002 regime. In other cases, the religious association collects donations with Donoor in the same way, without certificates.
Without a NIF, the association cannot include the donation on Form 182, and the donor gets no deduction. They only give it if they want the tax reduction.
A public-utility association or a foundation: the Agencia Tributaria certificate showing that it has opted for the Ley 49/2002 regime, valid for the year. A religious entity: its registration number in the Register of Religious Entities; Donoor reads its faith and its federation there. A Catholic diocese or parish: a certificate from its bishopric. The Donoor team checks these, then the association signs a mandate authorising Donoor to issue the certificates in its name.
No. Donoor only issues certificates for donations: never for a ticket or a purchase; only a donation added to an order gets one.
Create your association's account on Donoor and type its name: Donoor finds it in the registers of associations of the autonomous communities that publish them or in the Register of Religious Entities. If its NIF appears in a regional register, it is verified at once; otherwise, enter it and the Donoor team checks it. Finally, connect Stripe to receive payments. PayPal is not yet available in Spain.
