In Croatia, donors deduct their donations themselves in their income tax return: the law provides for no official receipt and no return from the association, and Donoor files nothing with the tax office.

Yes. Any association established in Croatia (association, federation, foundation, religious community) creates its account, accepts donations in euros by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, and uses fundraisers, QR codes, ticketing and memberships: sports clubs, cultural and artistic societies, volunteer fire brigades, schools, social associations… The website and the app are available in English.
Nothing: €0 subscription and 0% Donoor commission. Only Stripe's fees apply, for example 1.5% + €0.25 for a donation by European card, and your donors can choose to cover them.
By its 11-digit OIB. Donoor finds your association by its name or OIB in the official registers published as open data (register of associations, register of foundations, list of religious communities) and verifies it at once if it is active there; its register number is shown next to it. An association that is not in these registers (parish, institution…) is checked by the Donoor team.

Depending on their municipality's tax rate, a €100 donation could cost them only about €80. Membership fees and tickets, which come with something in return, are not included.

Yes, unless your association is subject to profit tax: it must then give its buyers fiscalised cash receipts, which Donoor does not produce. In that case, tick the box in your settings: ticketing and the shop close, while donations and membership fees stay open.
Yes, but in Croatia a collection for a sick person, a family or disaster victims is a humanitarian action under the law: it requires a decision from your county (with its registration number) and a dedicated bank account. Enter them when you create the fundraiser: the Donoor team checks them before opening it to donations. Your other fundraisers (club project, building work, equipment…) remain free.
To your association's Stripe account, then to its bank account, in euros. Donoor never holds the funds.
Yes, like any association: donations by card, Revolut Pay and QR codes. Registered religious communities and their local units are found by their OIB; a parish that is not on any public list is checked by the Donoor team. Donations for a religious purpose also count towards the donor's deduction.
