Yes. Donoor charges neither a subscription nor a platform commission. The only fees are the Stripe or PayPal bank fees (~1.5% + €0.25 per card transaction), which the donor may choose to cover. iRaiser operates on a quote-based subscription model, suited to organisations with a fundraising budget.

Yes. For eligible organisations (general interest, religious organisations under the loi 1905) that have activated the service, Donoor automatically generates and emails a CERFA tax receipt to each donor. Donations qualify for a 66% tax reduction (article 200 of the CGI).

Donoor is for all organisations under the loi 1901 and religious organisations under the loi 1905: sports clubs, parent-teacher associations (APE), humanitarian and cultural organisations, mosques. Unlike enterprise solutions sold on quote, there is no commitment and no minimum fundraising target: the platform suits a small organisation just as well as an established one.
