In force since 17 August 2026. Donoor may amend them; rewards already earned are never called into question.
You introduce Donoor to an organisation. It signs up with your link. You receive 1% of what it raises, up to €190 per invited organisation.
This sum is offered by Donoor: the organisation you invite receives 100% of what it raises.
This is not a donation: this payment does not qualify for any tax reduction.
Any organisation registered on Donoor, with no formalities: your referral code is created the first time you open your Referral page.
An invited organisation cannot have more than one referrer. And an organisation already registered before your invitation cannot be attached to you: the programme rewards an arrival, not a relationship.
Your link is donoor.org/register?ref=VOTRECODE. The code is stored for 90 days in the browser of the person who opens it: they can click today and sign up two months later.
If several referral links have been opened, the last account is the one that counts. The code can also be entered by hand in the sign-up form, which is useful when someone clicks on a phone and signs up on a computer. If attribution nevertheless fails, our team can correct it, on proof.
| The invited organisation has raised | You have received, in total |
|---|---|
| €500 | €5 |
| €1,000 | €10 |
| €2,500 | €25 |
| €5,000 | €50 |
| €10,000 | €190 |
The tiers are cumulative: at €1,000 raised, you receive €10 in total, not €15. The top tier brings your earnings for that organisation to a maximum of €190.
The amount counted is what the organisation actually receives: after payment fees and Donoor's service fee, and after refunds.
Once the cap is reached, you no longer see that organisation's receipts: there is nothing more for you to gain, so they no longer concern you.
An earning becomes final 30 days after the donation that triggered it, long enough for a donor to dispute it with their bank.
If that donation is refunded, the corresponding earning is reclaimed for as long as it has not been paid out. If it has already been paid out, the difference is deducted from your next earnings.
Payment is monthly and grouped, in the form of a donation from Donoor to your organisation. Donoor allocates a monthly budget of €300 to the programme; once it is reached, earnings are not lost: they are credited the following month.
Referring yourself, in any form whatsoever: same organisation, same RNA or SIRET number, or the same person running both accounts. These links are refused automatically.
Having an organisation raise funds for the sole purpose of triggering a tier, then obtaining a refund: the earning is reclaimed.
In cases of clear abuse, Donoor may remove an organisation from the programme and withhold the corresponding unpaid earnings.
It is derived from your organisation's name, and you can change it from your Referral page.
By changing it, you release the old one: links already shared with it stop working, and another organisation may take it. Only do this with full awareness.
This reward is consideration for a business referral. It is not a donation: it does not qualify for any tax reduction, and no tax receipt can be issued on this basis..
For your organisation, this is incidental commercial income. At the programme's amounts, it remains well below the thresholds beyond which an organisation loses its tax status.
Self-billing mandate. By taking part in the programme, you grant Donoor a mandate to draw up, in your name and on your behalf, the documents supporting the rewards paid. Each payment gives rise to a numbered document, which you may request at any time from contact@donoor.org.
A click on a referral link is counted once per visitor and per day. No IP address is stored — only a truncated fingerprint, used solely to avoid counting the same person twice.
You see the name, logo and sign-up date of the organisations you have invited, as well as their progress towards the next tier. Nothing else. See our privacy policy.
Donoor may amend these terms or end the programme at any time. Rewards already earned remain payable and will be paid as normal. Changes apply only to future earnings.
